These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and GarudaSlot ("GarudaSlot", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at garudaslot.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using the GarudaSlot Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by GarudaSlot subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required prior to making a withdrawal or as requested by GarudaSlot's compliance team.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of GarudaSlot is prohibited under applicable laws.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond GarudaSlot's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, network failures, or cyberattacks.
• "Prohibited Activities" means activities listed in Section 8 of these Terms that are strictly forbidden on the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on GarudaSlot, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. GarudaSlot strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable laws.
• You are the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your account.
• You do not already hold an existing account on the GarudaSlot Platform. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, or shared device is permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from GarudaSlot or any related platform.

Registration on GarudaSlot requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles GarudaSlot to close your account without notice.

GarudaSlot operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian IC or passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to fund your account.
• A selfie or live video verification where requested by our compliance team.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. GarudaSlot reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for accounts exhibiting unusual deposit or betting patterns, or where transaction values exceed applicable thresholds.

5.1 Deposits. GarudaSlot accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard, and for Platinum Elite members, cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT Tether. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within the processing time indicated by your chosen payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 3 minutes via DuitNow or FPX. Processing times may vary for other channels.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GarudaSlot reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on GarudaSlot are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a member has specifically enrolled in the cryptocurrency deposit programme available to Platinum Elite members. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the member.

5.4 Declined Transactions. GarudaSlot accepts no liability for deposits that fail due to issues with third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

GarudaSlot offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and are subject to the eligibility criteria stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible member, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page and typically range from 25x to 50x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• GarudaSlot reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, hedging bets, exploiting promotional mechanics, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

The following rules govern all bets placed on the GarudaSlot Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other game types available:

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at GarudaSlot's sole discretion. GarudaSlot reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation, including but not limited to situations where: odds were published in error; a palpable error has occurred; suspicious betting patterns are detected; or system errors have affected the integrity of a market.

7.2 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the relevant sporting event being cancelled or not completed within an applicable timeframe; manifest errors in odds or game outcomes; or where the integrity of the event cannot be confirmed. Voided bets are refunded to the member's real-money balance in full.

7.3 Results and Disputes. The results declared by GarudaSlot's system are final upon settlement. Should a member dispute a result, the dispute must be submitted to the support team within 30 days of the event's settlement. GarudaSlot's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. GarudaSlot may, at its discretion, apply individual account-level betting limits to members exhibiting patterns inconsistent with recreational play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GarudaSlot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system mechanics.
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome.
• Registering more than one account per individual for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing GarudaSlot staff or other members in any way.

9.1 By GarudaSlot. GarudaSlot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• A member fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• The member has not logged into their account for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

9.2 By the Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and provided no violations of these Terms are outstanding.

GarudaSlot shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service, whether due to maintenance, technical failure, or Force Majeure.
• Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond GarudaSlot's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a member's failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.

GarudaSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GarudaSlot will endeavour to notify members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. GarudaSlot accepts no liability for any loss resulting from a member's failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GarudaSlot is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting GarudaSlot's support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant arbitral body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent GarudaSlot from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or reputation.
